North Midland Construction PLC, the UK provider of civil engineering, building, mechanical and electrical services to public and private organisations has further strengthened its board with the appointment of Stuart Proud to executive director.
Commenting on the appointment Robert Moyle, chairman of the Company, said: “Stuart joined the group 36 years ago and has progressed through the management structure to his current role as managing director of the NMCNomenca division. His success and vision in that position and the importance of NMCNomenca to the Group are recognised by his promotion to the Main PLC Board.”
Stuart’s appointment is the latest recent change to the board which has also seen Dan Taylor take over as finance director from Mike Garratt who retired after 30 years with the company, Andy Langman also succeeded Doug Bleakley who also retired this year.
