Acting on behalf of Brookmaker, property consultants Alder King working jointly with Morgan Williams has let the last retail unit at The Willow Brook Centre in Bradley Stoke, North Bristol.
Argos has taken 8,017 sq ft (744.8 sq m) on a new 15 year lease, which comes after other recent lettings to Boots, Santander and Panasonic.
Anchored by Tesco Extra, the Centre is now fully occupied with a diverse range of tenants including Brantano, Peacocks, Pets at Home, Poundstretcher, Carphone Warehouse, Specsavers, Card Factory, Giant Cycles, Reflections, Costa Coffee, Greggs, Harvester, Excellence Spa together with a number of estate agents and a dental practice.
