Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm, has hired James Heyworth-Dunne from CBRE as a Partner in its London Markets City Agency team.
James Heyworth-Dunne moves to Cushman & Wakefield after 10 years at CBRE where he was most recently Head of Capital Markets in Romania. Prior to that, he spent seven years in CBRE’s Central London team advising on a range of high profile leasing, investment and development projects for clients including The Canary Wharf Group, Hermes, Clifford Chance, UBS and Credit Suisse.
James will become a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s City Agency team headed by Andrew Parker who joined Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE last July.
This key hire is another sign of Cushman & Wakefield’s commitment to build a leading presence in the London market and follows the recent appointment of James Crawford from Savills to head up City Investment. Earlier this year, Robert Murphy moved to Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE to head the City Development team and more recently, Jack Simmons moved from JLL to head up the firm’s London Residential team.
Andrew Parker, Head of City Agency in Cushman & Wakefield’s London Markets team, said: “In line with our aim to be a major player in London we have been successfully building our market share of high profile leasing City instructions during the year. James brings extensive experience and a solid track record in the City and he will be a valuable new addition to our growing team.”
