The former Volvo dealership on Valley Road Plymouth, has just been sold to local dealership group Rowes by Rapleys.
The property is close to a number of other dealerships in a recognised motor trade location in Plymouth and had seen interest from a wide variety of uses beyond the existing use.
Following an extensive refurbishment the site will re-open in early 2014 as a Suzuki car dealership serving Plymouth and east Cornwall.
Rowes are a family run business established in 1932, they have 2 Honda car dealerships in Plymouth, 3 in Cornwall and a used car outlet. Shaun Darby, General Manager of Rowes said “We have been looking to expand our operations in Plymouth for quite some time and key to this was finding premises in the right location. The Valley Road premises following the refurbishment will suit our requirements exactly and we are looking forward to bringing Suzuki to the area. Suzuki now have a dynamic range of cars that offer exceptional value for money. The combination of a revised model range and forthcoming new models should prove very popular.”
