Virgin Media Ltd has acquired 50.06 sq m (539 sq ft) on ground floor with basement storage by way of a new 5 year full repairing and insuring lease, from May 2013.
There is a tenant only option to break at the expiration of year 3 at an initial rent of £28,000
per annum exclusive.
