Ladbrokes has acquired 60 sq m (647 sq ft) by way of a new 10 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease, from February 2013. There is a review and tenant only break at the expiration of year 5, together with 6 months’ rent free.
The initial rent is £9,000 per annum exclusive.
