The Midlands office of national audit, tax and advisory firm Crowe Clark Whitehill, together with banking group Santander, is offering business leaders a special insight into the state of the commercial property market.
It will cover key tax issues, property valuations and the lending market.
The seminar takes place at the Midlands new offices at Black Country House, Rounds Green Road, Oldbury on Thursday, November 10, from 5-7 pm.
Johnathan Dudley, Midlands managing partner of Crowe Clark Whitehill, said: “Over the last few years property prices have fluctuated leaving uncertainty as to what will happen next and the best course of action to take.
“Will there be another recession? What is the real value of property in the current market? What is the best way to structure the property that a business already has? It is important to maximise the value of property holdings.
“This is a chance to gain a valuable insight into today’s market.”
The seminar is aimed at property owners, directors of property companies and advisers to property businesses.
On the day registration begins at 4.30pm. The seminar is from 5-6 pm and is followed by networking and drinks. Details are available from Miriam Sherwood, marketing manager, at [email protected] or tel: 0121 543 1900.
