Derwent Holdings Limited has completed a raft of lettings within the Ellesmere Shopping Centre and its adjacent Retail Park, further underpinning the strength of the town centre’s retail offer.
New arrivals include Connexions which has taken 800 sq ft, Barnardos which has taken 3,239 sq ft, Dominos which has taken 1,000 sq ft and Aldi which has taken a 16,000 sq ft store as one of the key anchors to the new retail park, currently under advanced construction. In addition to the new tenants, there have also been a number of relocations within the centre including Poundstretcher which is to move into a new 10,400 sq ft store, B&M which is taking a new 15,000 sq ft store and Ladbrokes which is taking 2,000 sq ft.
