DTZ has made two new appointments to its Office Agency Team in Manchester.
Rob Prescott has been appointed from Colliers International as Surveyor and Matthew Wackett has joined as a Graduate Surveyor.
Prescott spent two years at Colliers and will help the office agency team on disposals and acquisitions for clients including Bruntwood, Urban Splash and CDP.
Matthew Wackett has joined the team following completion of his studies at Sheffield Hallam University. This included a year’s experience working for a competitor.
