Construction of Knightstone Housing’s state of the art 40,000 sq ft headquarters building at Weston Gateway Business Park in Weston-super-Mare will complete later this month, bringing to a close one of the largest office construction projects outside London in the UK. Over 250 staff will relocate into the prestigious three storey office building in October.
Knightstone has now instructed property consultancy Alder King to dispose of the surplus second floor of the property which is one of the highest specification office buildings in North Somerset.
The second floor provides 13,350 sq ft of Grade A specification office accommodation, available as a whole or in smaller suites to meet occupier demand. It comes with generous on-site car parking, air conditioning and a raft of energy saving features.
