Property consultants Bruton Knowles have been instructed to dispose of a development site in Bingham, Nottingham.
The 0.7 acre site on Chapel Lane, adjacent to the railway crossing, is being sold by Bruton Knowles on behalf of martgagees. Offers are being sought in the region of £175,000.
The site was previously occupied by a vehicle repair firm but has been empty for three months.
