Altitude Investments, a Singer Vielle Franchisee, are pleased to announce the recent sale of another investment sold through their online trading platform.
The car park, let to NCP for 15 years is located off Dalby Avenue was sold online following the innovative online auctions. The auction lasted 11 minutes and was conducted online, with each participant sat at their own computer. The lot sold for £735,000, just over the original asking price.
The investment was sold by a private investor; it offered good healthy income with a future development site at the end of the term.
