Executive training company WE Bridge International Ltd has moved to offices in South Gate House in Wood Street, Cardiff.
The company, which specialises in management training courses for business people from overseas, has leased a 4312 sq ft office suite on the 10th floor of the landmark building, on a three year lease. Landlord Euranglo was advised on the deal by joint agents Knight Frank and Cooke & Arkwright.
Troy Blankenship, executive director of WE Bridge International, said: “We chose to move into the larger offices in South Gate House because the five-star standard of the reception and the offices give us exactly the image we want to present, while offering great value for money.
“Also, many of our clients come to us from overseas and so the close proximity to Cardiff Central rail station is perfect.”
Mark Sutton, associate at Knight Frank, said: “The arrival of WE Bridge follows recent lettings to solicitors Lewis Silkin and Radcliffe le Brasseur and demonstrates the popularity of a flexible office offering in this location.
“The 90,000 sq ft South Gate House has two wings and 12 upper floors. Four floors of the building remain available but we have a number of other deals and live enquiries in the pipeline at South Gate House.”
Kate Simpson at Cooke & Arkwright said: “The 10th floor offices were already divided into a number of small office rooms and this was an ideal configuration for the training needs of WE Bridge. Within the flexible open-plan floor spaces we are able to offer sub-divided spaces from 1,000 sq ft upwards.”
In addition, Phoenix Legal Services Ltd has recently taken a 1,950 sq ft suite on a five year lease at South Gate House, and Object Matrix has leased 1,900 sq ft there, also on a five year lease.
