A world famous name is the latest to have switched to the South West’s fastest growing telecoms company.
Bonhams, who are one of the world’s leading auctioneers of fine art and antiques, switched to Pure Comms in a search for better and more effective management of their mobile and landline contracts.
Bonhams have a presence in 66 locations worldwide, spanning six continents, which include auction houses, sales rooms and offices.
The changeover began in November 2012 and it took three months to move the whole of their estate over to Pure Comms, consolidating mobile and landline into one managed contract in the process.
As of September 2013 Pure Comms have been managing Bonhams’ telecoms for nine months and so far have already saved them thirty five thousand pounds, compared to the same period last year.
Rob comments: “Our service to Bonhams has been all about identifying waste and helping them to be more efficient – we haven’t saved them money by offering a cheaper service but by streamlining their telecoms package and pin-pointing where savings can be made.
“Pure Comms is about offering a premium service and adding significant value. We don’t slash prices just to win contracts like other providers.
“We give our customers much more and offer an on-going service package that includes an in house research and development centre where we can mimic and troubleshoot calls; twenty four seven customer support; regular customer inventories; tailored and flexible tariffs and solutions build around the client’s requirements.”
Rob also says that the partnership sends out a clear statement of intent that North Somerset and the surrounding area is a key business destination, and well-known names from outside the region are turning to companies in the area.
Juliane Heynert, who is Senior Operations Officer at Bonhams comments: “We were faced with a number of issues regarding our telecoms and Pure Comms fitted our requirements perfectly, in regards to a finding a solution.
“It was the best option by far and ticked all of the boxes in our procurement process. They were not the cheapest, but we were interested in a supplier with a proven track record of dealing with companies both big and small, that offered state-of-the-art software and first class customer service.
“In whatever we do we select the best. Pure Comms is an extension of this rule.”
The company was founded in 2009 with just Rob in the business, and currently employs nine staff. Pure Comms work with a number of high-profile businesses and organisations such as Bristol Airport, the UK’s leading independent fuel supplier BWOC, recruitment consultants Redrock and Opus and Britannia Windows.
Pure Comms were also crowned Business of the Year at the Sian Lloyd-Jones Business Awards in October 2012; and won re-seller of the year at an industry awards in December 2012.
