MVRRS Ltd, a fast growing learning and training company has leased a third office to accommodate for the expansion of their business.
The company has moved into a 4,808 sq ft office on the ground floor of Caradog House in Cleppa Park, Newport. The new premises have been refurbished and will be used by the majority of the management team as well as providing a base for their growing team of trainers and assessors.
Established in 2009 by husband and wife Chris and Kim Churcher, MVRRS provides training courses for the long term unemployed and work based learning courses for employees covering a variety of industry sectors primarily in South East Wales. The company has already successfully helped over 1000 learners and 100 employers via their vocational training courses alone.
In addition to the new Caradog House premises, MVRRS also has training centres in Newport city centre and Risca. The company will continue to operate from these locations focusing on utilising them solely for learning and training purposes.
Kim Churcher, managing director of MVRRS admits the growth of the company has taken them a bit by surprise but is also confident it can be sustained. She said, “We set out to provide high quality services and invested in experienced, respected trainers and assessors to deliver it. It’s a formula that has worked and we’ve been able to win more contracts based on the results we have achieved with our learners. The new office has provided us with an ideal location to continue to develop the company in terms of the space available and we’re right by the M4.”
