The HR division is headed by Lorraine Whittick, who previously managed her own boutique recruitment business. Lorraine has also worked as an internal recruiter as part of a Human Resources team for large corporations in the banking, technology, and FMCG industries in London.
Talking about her new role, Lorraine, who will be based in Blusource’s Nottingham office, says: “Understanding the importance HR plays in any business is vital. HR professionals provide invaluable support to the business whether this be through succession planning, dealing with employee relations issues, working out an effective compensation and benefits strategy to the vast array of other responsibilities these professionals have to manage.”
