Corum Office Park in Warmley, east Bristol, has attracted three lettings in recent weeks, with more in the pipeline, following a flurry of activity and interest in the Park.
South Gloucestershire Primary Healthcare Trust is taking the entire second floor of the Corum Two building, totalling 5,152 sq ft, while Avon & Wiltshire Partnership is expanding on the ground floor from its current 2,000 sq ft up to 3,000 sq ft. GCP Architects have also acquired 2,080 sq ft at first floor level.
Corum Two is a three storey building totalling 15,400 sq ft , set in a landscaped environment off the A4174 Avon Ring Road, and located mid way between Emersons Green Village and
Longwell Green.
Landlord Warmley LLP was advised by Knight Frank. Martin Booth, partner at Knight Frank, said: “A proactive approach and realistic rent expectations by the landlord have quickly led to significant interest from major organisations.
“The quality of Corum Office Park is head and shoulders above its competition on the east side of Bristol and the landlord’s flexibility is paying big dividends.”
Following the success of these lettings just 1,101 sq ft of office space is available to let.
