GBR Phoenix Beard has announced four promotions within its asset management team. Careen Haines and David Dyas, both based in the Birmingham office, have been promoted to Associate Director, whilst London office James Abrams and John Sexton have been promoted to Senior Surveyor. The promotions underline the firm’s commitment to organic growth and the role the four have played in working with key retained clients of the business.
