Delivery and logistics specialist Aspray 24 has leased three units on International Trading Estate in Avonmouth, Bristol.
Units 3, 4 and 5 at the estate, which is on Third Way, total 17,778 sq ft and have been let on a 10 year lease at £4.25 per sq ft. Joint agents Colliers International and Knight Frank secured the letting on behalf of landlord CBRE Investors.
