Charles Wilson Engineers Ltd are due to open a new plant hire depot in Southampton after having purchased a property at Unit 3B Andes Road, Nursling Industrial Estate that was being marketed by Keygrove Chartered Surveyors. The 10,000 sq ft industrial workshop building is on a large secure surfaced site of 0.95 acres and was on the market with Keygrove at a guide price of £1.1m.
