National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has completed a trio of office deals at the Manor Court office development in Segensworth, Fareham.
Acting on behalf of local accountants, unit 1 Manor Court has been let to SHD Technology on a 10 year lease. Due to company expansion, SHD Technology required new business space and took the decision to relocate from Hedge End to Segensworth.
LSH has also secured a new tenant for unit 2 Manor Court, acting on behalf of Foresters Friendly Society. The deal will mark the relocation of Uniworld Communications moving from Gosport to Segensworth to occupy the 4,800 sq ft office premises.
Finally, acting for Mapeley, LSH has secured a letting to Amity World Travel which will see the company take further space on Manor Court. The business travel specialist already occupies premises on the site, but owing to recent success and expansion required additional office space and has acquired unit 5 (3,500 sq ft).
Steve Williams, Associate Director in LSH’s South Coast Agency team, commented: “This latest trio of deals is a welcome shot in the arm for the Segensworth development. Cobham’s recent relocation from Segensworth to Fusion on Solent Business Park left a volume of available space. While this was inevitable, as Cobham was consolidating a number of offices into three times the amount of space it previously occupied, it isn’t surprising that these prominent new tenants have been secured. Manor Court’s prominent location, high parking ratios and the investment made by the landlords to bring the space up to a high quality standard, all drove interest and the subsequent deals from expanding businesses.”
LSH has now been appointed by Legal & General to market units 8, 11 and 12 Manor Court, the offices formerly occupied by Cobham. The space offers between 3,458 – 13,282 sq ft.
