Property consultants Bruton Knowles have been instructed to sell a 2.5-acre development site in Atherstone, Warwickshire.
The site, which is adjacent to Baddesley Wharf on the Coventry Canal, is being sold on behalf of private owners.
The land benefits from planning consent for a hotel and public house, which was granted by North Warwickshire District Council in May 2011.
Offers are being sought for a development lease on the land. Consideration will also be given to a full market lease on a completed development.
