From 16th September, 2013 Cushman & Wakefield’s Munich Office Agency department is under the leadership of Hubert Keyl, Partner. In addition the team has been reinforced by the arrival of Thilo Hecht and Robert Rudin, both as Senior Consultants, and Cosmia Dost-Schmidla as Assistant.
Hubert Keyl’s team join Cushman and Wakefield from Keylconnect brokerage for commercial real estate: Hubert Keyl (42) was the Managing Partner at Keylconnect and previously spent six years with CBRE, latterly as Head of Office Agency and prior to that, seven years with Jones Lang LaSalle in Munich rising to Team Leader Industrial Agency. Qualified lawyer Thilo Hecht (31) was a founding partner of Keylconnect, having previously been an acquisition agent with CBRE and Sotheby’s International Realty, Miami. Robert Rudin (48) was previously a broker and acquisition agent at Comreal GmbH and worked in landlord representation at IC Immobilien Consulting GmbH.
