Latitude 91, a specialist IT services organisation, is the latest business to sign a lease commitment at the refurbished Copenhagen Court building in New Street, “Top of Town” Basingstoke. The business re-located its UK office function from Fleet in early September and following completion of its office fit, has now fully moved into its new Basingstoke headquarters.
Operating from offices in the UK and Czech Republic, Latitude 91 offers a broad range of IT services, including software development, card payments consultancy, Business Process Management and IT training. As well as designing, developing and supporting the live subtitling system that is currently being rolled out to major UK and international broadcasters, the company works with multi-national clients such as PayPal, Tesco, esure and BP.
Tim Stratton, chief executive of Latitude 91, commented: “We have enjoyed many successes over the last few years and are confident that our new, modern headquarters will serve us well as we continue to grow. Copenhagen Court was chosen as it provides our business with a fresh, corporate presence in the centre of Basingstoke, a town which already houses some of Europe’s leading IT organisations. We look forward to enjoying many more successes from our new UK base.”
Nick Olliffe of Hollis Hockley, who arranged the transaction on behalf of the landlords, further commented: “With Latitude 91’s arrival, which follows the recent Hays deal, we are building marketing momentum and are confident that we can secure new occupiers over the coming months. The recent refurbishment, combined with flexibility on office sizes and the financial packages we are offering, is proving attractive.”
Approximately 17,000 sq ft of office space is now available with suites from 1,500 sq ft offered.
