Commercial property agent Bray Fox Smith has strengthened its investment team with the appointment of James Archibald as a Partner. James, who joins from Morgan Williams, will be widening the firm’s existing business space investment offer.
Archibald has over 12 years experience in investment activity within the South East and provincial markets. Whilst at Morgan Williams, James’ clients included CBRE Global Investors, M&G, Cushman & Wakefield Investors and Threadneedle. He previously worked as an Associate Partner at Cushman & Wakefield.

Bray Fox Smith was set up in 2009 by well-known business space agents Rob Bray, Pat Fox and Paul Smith, who have over 75 years experience in commercial property between them. They have since been joined by Sim Khatkar, the former head of Cushman & Wakefield’s national offices team and Richard Harding, former Head of South East Office Agency at DTZ.
