The enclosed site, comprising approximately 0.25 acres was, in the majority, laid to hardcore and benefited from a timber retail unit.

We received a great deal of interest from a wide range of owner occupiers and local property investors and were pleased to secure in excess of the £225,000 asking price, within a short space of time.
This transaction suggests there is strong demand for property for sale, not only from owner occupiers but also from investors as the market begins to recover’.
