Rapleys and Bridger Bell have just completed the letting of the former Suzuki/Chrysler dealership at Roy Richmond Road, Epsom.
The property was previously a purpose built MG Rover dealership that following the collapse of that marque had rebranded. The property became vacant when the former tenant went into liquidation. There were a number of parties interested and a letting was recently completed to TRG Limited. TRG are operating the property to provide the Hire, sale, maintenance and storage of motor vehicles.
“Demand for motor trade premises in Epsom and the surrounding areas remains strong with this letting and Kia opening nearby” commented Mark Frostick from Rapleys.
Jonathan Hillman of Bridger Bell added “Epsom is now the established Centre for the Motor Trade in the Surrey Area with representation for the majority of Main Dealerships.”
