Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell are delighted to announce that they have concluded another deal at Greywell Road in Leigh Park, part of the Leigh Park Shopping Centre which recently came under scrutiny in the national press as one of the worst shopping precincts in the country.
However, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell are pleased to report that this is one of a number of deals that have recently taken place along with a number of units that have sold via auction.
The recent letting was to a local occupier who took a new 20 year lease in conjunction with the coffee shop they already hold a lease on.
Despite the bad press in the Sun newspaper, the local occupiers are still trading and expanding even in this difficult market.
The occupier who took the building already has a business in Leigh Park and this kind of expansion and growth is encouraging in this testing market.
