University of Southampton have taken new premises for their printing facility.
The building provides a modern unit providing ground floor 3,403 sq ft (316 sq m) and mezzanine with offices of 1,885 sq ft (175 sq m), total 5,288 sq ft.(491 sq m).
London Clancy acted on behalf of private investors, while University of Southampton represented themselves.
