Acting on behalf of Lakes Bathrooms, property consultants Alder King have let part of its former industrial warehouse unit at Tewkesbury Business Park to Gemini Accident Repair for use as a new vehicle repair centre.
Unit 2 5800 Shannon Place provides 9,474 sq ft of space in a detached building on a high quality business park location within 1.5 miles of J9 of the M5. Gemini ARC has taken the unit on a new 10 year lease.
The Gemini Group now operates repair centres at five locations in the Midlands and South West.
David Sargeant, managing director of Gemini said: “With successful Gemini ARC repair centres at Halesowen, Redditch, Telford and Bristol, this unit in Tewkesbury was a natural choice for a new location. It’s a modern facility which has allowed us to create a welcoming customer experience together with first-class bodyshop repair facilities.”
