Acting on behalf of a national charity, Goadsby are delighted to announce the sale of 139 West Street in Fareham to a private individual.
The premises comprised a three storey retail premises with a total net internal area of 1,164 sq ft and Goadsby were inviting offers in the region of £200,000.
