Cardiff-based networking specialist Introbiz is hosting a star-studded charity gala at the Vale Hotel & Resort on 26th September to raise funds and awareness for the Stroke Association.
The five-star fundraising evening, which hopes to raise over £30,000 for the charity, is set to be the South Wales social event of the year, with a champagne reception followed by a five-course meal.
The event is being hosted with Dragon’s Den star and key note speaker at this year’s Introbiz Business Show, Hilary Devey, who is a patron of the Stroke Association.
To raise as much money as possible for the cause, there will be a silent auction with a huge range of luxury prizes, from signed sports memorabilia to wonderful holidays.
All the proceeds of the evening will go towards helping the Stroke Association to improve the quality of life for stroke sufferers and fund groundbreaking research to make stroke a preventable and treatable disease.
Everyone attending the VIP event will be treated to live entertainment from a host of celebrity singers, and the best-dressed guests will win up to £500 worth of designer clothes from a top fashion house.
Paul Smolinski, Director of Introbiz, said: “Hilary is really going out of her way to help us by headlining our Business Show, so the least we could do was raise as much money as possible for a cause so close to her heart.
“We hope that this will be one of the most glamorous events in South Wales this year, and will be a great opportunity for guests to mingle with numerous household names and well-known faces.”
Other celebrity guests of the Business Show will also be in attendance, including best-selling author Daniel Priestley and ambassador for Entrepreneurship Academy Wales Kevin Green.
The Introbiz Business Show will showcase the best of Welsh business on Thursday 26th September at Cardiff City Stadium, and is free to attend.
This prestigious red-carpet event will be a perfect conclusion to the Business Show and an ideal way to entertain business partners, clients, staff and other associates.
