BNP Paribas Real Estate has continued its growth with another hire. Daniel Harness joins as industrial and logistics agency associate director based in the London office from Lambert Smith Hampton.
Daniel has more than seven years’ experience of private and public sector commercial and development property, working with institutional funds, major developers, private developers and occupiers, with a particular focus on marketing and the disposal of commercial property and development land.
BNP Paribas Real Estate’s head of industrial and logistics agency, Nick Waddington, said: “Daniel is a great addition to our existing team, helping to further strengthen our capabilities. We will continue to add senior experts, as part of our ongoing growth strategy to offer our clients the best service and market knowledge across the UK.”
Daniel’s appointment follows a number of recent senior hires including: James Strevens as senior City agency director, David Herzog as senior West End agency director, Nadir Khan-Juhoor as head of agency in Edinburgh and David Barry as senior international investment director with a focus on America, in addition to several new senior directors in the City investment team.
