The Telford office of Bulleys Chartered Surveyors are pleased to announce the letting of Unit C2 at Hortonpark Industrial Estate to adjoining occupier Activ Projects Limited.
Unit C2 extends to approximately 7,761 sq.ft. (721 sq.m.) and brings Activ’s occupation on the estate over two units to approximately 16,663 sq.ft. (1,548 sq.m.).
Founded in 2005 Activ Projects Limited are approved suppliers to various well known symbol groups supplying the convenience sector, including Nisa Retail and Costcutter Supermarkets and Best One. Activ have also completed successful installations for Select & Save, Premier/Booker, Whistlestop and Londis. Activ customers are spread geographically across the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands and the company offers a shopfitting service to include full site survey, shop design and planning, project management, installation support and lease finance.
Activ’s expansion follows other recent lettings on the estate to Regensis Biofuels Production Limited and Warmflow Engineering Company Limited.
Three units are currently available extending to approximately 8,9000 sq.ft. (827 sq.m) each, or alternatively the units can be taken together to provide approximately 27,218 sq.ft. (2,529 sq.m).
