Colliers International has strengthened its specialist automotive and roadside team with the appointment of two new recruits.
Following on from the recent addition of David Myers, Edward Jeffrey and Callum Wing have joined from Gleeds Cost Management and Cottons Chartered Surveyors respectively. They will undertake valuation and agency work, principally for the firm’s clients, including automotive and roadside occupiers, developers and investors.
David Chittenden, the national head of the automotive and roadside team, said: “We are delighted to welcome Callum and Ed to the team. Both have obtained valuable, hands-on, practical experience at their previous employers and will give us the opportunity to strengthen our valued relationships across the sector.”
Colliers International boasts the largest specialist automotive and roadside team in the Midlands and includes Arnold Clark Automobiles Ltd, Inchcape plc, Rybrook Holdings, Drayton Group and Johnsons Cars among its clients.
John Roberts, who heads the regional team from Birmingham, said: “With new requirements from roadside retail and trade counter operators we expect the roadside development area of our business to continue to grow and thee new additions to the team will certainly give us the chance to assist end-users and developers to exploit new opportunities.”
