The Birmingham office of property consultancy Bruton Knowles has strengthened its professional team with the appointment of a new senior surveyor.
Nicole Hudyba joined the firm in July and will focus on valuations in the licensed and leisure sector.
A specialist in leisure trade property, Nicole was previously at Christie + Co where she was part of the trading valuations team.
Before joining Christie + Co, Nicole worked in the automotive and roadside team at Colliers International acting for clients such as Volkswagen and a number of high street banks. Prior to this, she spent five years working in DTZ’s professional advisory services department where she was responsible for managing landlord and tenant work on behalf of Barclays Bank PLC.
Nicole’s new role at Bruton Knowles involves providing valuations for a number of clients including Barclays, HSBC and private investors.
Bruton Knowles has also welcomed another new addition to its Birmingham office with the appointment of graduate surveyor Chris Marsh.
Chris joins as part of the firm’s building consultancy team, where he supports Gurdip Chamba, head of building consultancy. Chris graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2011 with a degree in Building Surveying, before completing an internship with TWC Consulting Ltd.
