Anesco, an existing tenant of The Green, Aldermaston, has doubled the amount of offices it occupies on the office park. Anesco offers energy efficiency services to the public sector, domestic and commercial customers.
Anesco first came to The Green in March 2011 and last month expanded into 12,669 sq ft. The company was recently named number 19 in the Sunday Times Fast Track List 2012 of the top 100 growing companies in the UK.
The company is dedicated to helping homeowners, local authorities and businesses reduce their carbon emissions. The team offers solutions ranging from insulation to solar PV and ground source heat pumps, together with micro generation design, installation and maintenance. The Green reflects the environmental credentials of the organisation.
iKnowledge has also expanded on the park, growing from one of the serviced office suites into a 2,623 sq ft unit. iKnowledge offer an independent technical software training.
The Grade A accommodation at The Green incorporates a large amount of environmental technology designed to increase the efficiency of the building by up to four times. Units are available from 2,600 sq ft to 6,100 sq ft.
