Kilpatrick & Co have agreed a letting of Unit 15/16 Hughenden Yard, Marlborough to ladies fashion retailer, B & Co, a newcomer to the town. B & Co, who specialise in the Adini fashion range, have other shops at Stow-on-the-Wold and Lymington.
Andrew Kilpatrick of Kilpatrick & Co said “We are pleased to see B & Co in and trading from Hughenden Yard and we hope they will do well in Marlborough.”
B & Co join Hearts Desire, another newcomer to the town, who have just opened up in Unit 14, opposite the entrance to WH Smith.
Andrew Kilpatrick said “We currently have just two shops left to let in Hughenden Yard, and one of these is under offer and I am pleased to say we have interest in the last shop of around 750 sq ft, which occupies a prominent position next to Azuza.”
