Maximus Group is celebrating a hat trick of lettings at Wildwood Triangle, Worcester’s premier speculative office development.
New tenants on the 42,000 sq ft business park include Voith Turbo, a major privately-owned engineering company, Fire Label Merchandising and Prolinea Resourcing Ltd.
Voith Turbo is a 1.5 billion euro turnover business that employs over 6,300 people across Europe and Canada, China and Brazil.
Fire Label Merchandising Ltd is a family owned and operated business that supplies a vast range of wholesale garments.
And Prolinea Resourcing Ltd, which was created by the merger of Linea Resourcing and Pro-Tech Recruitment, is an established recruitment consultancy covering the Thames Valley and the Midlands with other offices in Hemel Hempstead and Cardiff.
Maximus managing director Jon Hickton said: “Wildwood Triangle is a stylish scheme with each building a distinctive statement in itself.
“Take up since inception has been excellent and we have had minimal vacancies with only a few hundred square feet available at any one time.
“The decision to go ahead with development has clearly borne fruit and these three latest lettings are testimony both to the quality of the scheme and its location at the heart of the UK motorway network.”
