Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the sale of 130 High Street, Honiton which was available for sale at a guide price of £165,000. The Grade II Listed office building had excellent frontage onto the High Street and included original features such as open fireplaces, doors, sash windows, cupboards and original bank vault. The building had a net internal area of approximately 150.28 sq m (1,617 sq ft) over two floors.
