Ladbrokes has acquired 31.5 sq m (340 sq ft) with first floor storage by way of a new 10 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease, from May 2013. There is a review and tenant only break at the expiration of year 5.
The initial rent is £22,500 per annum exclusive.
