Cushman & Wakefield and Curson Sowerby Partners have advised Carillion-Richardson Partnership on the leasing of a 3,000 sq ft unit at The Link in Westwood Cross, east Kent, to Mountain Warehouse, the leading outdoor retailer.
Mountain Warehouse will sit alongside other retailers such as Smyths Toys, Hobbycraft, Mamas & Papas, Poundland and Phones4u.
James Merrett, partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail team, said: “Mountain Warehouse will be well positioned at its new base to serve customers in and around east Kent. Westwood Cross is a popular shopping destination and I’m sure the retailer will establish itself well and become a success in the near future. We now only have 3,400 sq ft to let until we are 100% let; and on the back of this most recent letting we are already receiving strong retailer interest for the remaining space.”
Cushman & Wakefield and Curson Sowerby Partners advised the landlord, Carillion-Richardson Partnership, while Robert Bebington & Co advised Mountain Warehouse.
