National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been awarded a national contract to deliver property services to Warwick-based Calor Gas Ltd.
LSH has completed a national call-off agreement with Calor Gas, which is the UK’s leading supplier of LPG to domestic and commercial customers. Based on Tachbrook Park in Warwick, Calor is celebrating its 75th year in business.
The national contract will be managed from LSH’s Birmingham office, with planning, building and property consultancy being carried out from LSH’s offices around the UK. Work has already begun on projects in Manchester, London and the East Midlands.
The contract was negotiated by Amy Haywood, Associate Director in LSH’s Birmingham-based Corporate Advisory team, Danielle Sheppard, head of Lease Advisory in the Central region and Ian Howarth, head of Corporate Advisory Services nationally.
Amy Haywood said, “This contract builds on the quality of work undertaken by LSH over the past few years. LSH’s national coverage is key to fulfilling all of Calor Gas’s requirements and it is a pleasure to be associated with such an iconic British brand.”
