Automotive retailer Listers has let its former Toyota dealership on Outer Circle Road, Lincoln, to Howden Joinery.
The kitchen and joinery products manufacturer and supplier has acquired the 10,894 sq ft premises for a new depot, to supplement its existing branch at Tritton Road. The incoming tenant agreed a 15-year lease, with a ten-year break, at a rent of £70,000 per annum.
Listers has relocated its Toyota dealership to Cheshire Road, alongside its existing Lexus dealership.
John Roberts, a director at Colliers International’s automotive and roadside team, advised Listers on the letting. He said: “The site’s high profile location and proximity to existing retail and trade counter operations made it perfect for Howden’s own trade counter business.”
Banks Long & Co were joint agents advising Listers; Andrew Veitch of Montagu Evans acted on behalf of Howden Joinery.
