Real estate adviser, DTZ has appointed two new members of staff to its Bristol office.
Christian Crawfurd joins the project and building consultancy team as Senior Surveyor and Andy Smith joins the office agency team as Surveyor.
Christian Crawfurd joins DTZ from Lambert Smith Hampton’s Northampton office where he spent seven years after gaining a First in Building Surveying at Reading University. He will be working across a variety of clients at DTZ including, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, Aviva and Osborne Clark and will report to Jonathan James, Director in the project and building consultancy team.
Andy Smith joins from NG Chartered Surveyors where he worked in the agency team across a range of clients, for the last eight years. He joins the DTZ office agency team who are acting on a number of high profile instructions across greater Bristol including, Northfield Business Park, Broad Quay House and 920 Aztec West Business Park.
