The UK’s largest independent commercial property consultant and the Midlands leading national property advisor, GVA, has announced a new appointment and promotion in its Property Management Consultancy team.
Justin Sherratt has joined GVA from Birmingham-based commercial property consultancy Stephens McBride as a Senior Surveyor.
With over 25 years’ of experience in the Midlands property management sector, Justin has worked with clients operating across the commercial, industrial, retail and office sectors.
Justin will be responsible for the management of some of GVA’s clients’ most high-profile properties, including Fort Dunlop, Belgrade Plaza, Eleven Brindleyplace and Paradise Forum.
Guy Thompson, Director and Regional Head of Property Management Consultancy, said: “We were looking for someone with a high level of experience who could fill this role and generate new business locally to add to our existing portfolio of property management instructions and Justin fit the bill perfectly.
“Having someone with Justin’s skills, experience and knowledge across the region join our team is another step towards ensuring that we are fit and ready to meet the rising demands of an economy emerging from recession.”
Tori Robins, who joined GVA last year, has also been promoted from Senior Surveyor to Principal Surveyor.
Over the last year, Tori has overseen The Water’s Edge development at Brindleyplace and helped to secure a number of significant wins for the business, including management of a new office building in London’s America Square and a multi-let office scheme in Epsom, which she is running.

The 11-strong Property Management team offers a full range of advice and services to property investors and company fund managers, including due diligence and service charge audits. The team also provides property and facilities management services and manages clients’ multi-let portfolios.
