Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the lettings of Units 4C, 4D and 3D Millwey Rise Industrial Estate, Weycroft Avenue, on the edge of Axminster. The units were available at a quoting rent of £18,000 per annum and have been taken by Hancock Marine Services Ltd who specialise in the washing of boating sails.
Stephen Richards of Chesterton Humberts comments “We are delighted that we have been able to agree the letting of the above industrial units and are still marketing Units 3A, 3B and 3C in the terrace which are available individually at quoting rents of £5,500 per annum plus VAT per unit”.
