BNP Paribas Real Estate, acting jointly with Vail Williams, on behalf of a private Irish investor, has sold No. 1 Queens Terrace, Southampton, to Kingsbridge Estates Limited. Keygrove Chartered Surveyors acted on behalf of the purchaser to acquire this 26,040 square foot office building.
Mark Hooper of Kingsbridge Estates commented: “Kingsbridge Estates Limited adds No.1 Queens Terrace to its increasing property portfolio. We have a wealth of experience in providing high quality developments and the intention is to fully refurbish the common parts and exterior of the building.”
Nella Pang of BNP Paribas Real Estate commented: “We are pleased that Kingsbridge Estates Limited has decided to retain BNPPRE as sole letting agents on Queens Terrace and we are excited to be able to offer office occupiers an improved building of a contemporary nature at competitive rates.”
Richard Nevines of Keygrove added: “We identified this landmark building because Queens Terrace has the right ingredients to be a perfect destination. Our clients have the vision to provide high quality accommodation which, coupled with the existing regeneration road works at Platform Road, close proximity to Oxford Street, Ocean Village, Town Quay and West Quay, will ensure No. 1 Queens Terrace stands out in the Southampton property market.”
