A grey, rainy evening may be typical weather for cricket, but it would seem to be ideal for a gathering of business minds; it was on just such a day that the Home of Hampshire Cricket recently saw over 200 members of the county’s business community gather for the CW Fellowes annual drinks reception.
In welcoming guests to the event, Managing Director at CW Fellowes, Adam Wilson thanked attendees for their ongoing partnership with the company. The guests comprised of clients based in Southampton, Portsmouth and surrounding areas, together with a large number of professional intermediaries.
Adam welcomed two new Directors to the firm, Michael Middleton and Zara Hogg, who, together with their staff and clients, recently joined CW Fellowes from the Portsmouth office of Blue Spire South LLP.
He congratulated Lee Beaumont, who was promoted to a Director of CW Fellowes in May this year.
Adam also told guests that CW Fellowes had opened a satellite office in Central London, to service the growing number of clients in the capital.
Making a rare appearance at the reception were the founding directors of CW Fellowes; Bill Cuthbert, Simon Ward, and David Fellowes formed the firm of the business and tax advisors in 1991.
“This has been an eventful year for both CW Fellowes and our clients,” said Adam speaking of the occasion, “the relationship we have with them is based on trust and mutual respect, and this interdependence has been beneficial to everyone within the CW Fellowes community.”
