Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell have completed a brace of deals at the popular Park Gate Business Centre that runs parallel with the M27 motorway near junction 9.
The two completed deals reflect the continued activity in the industrial market along the south coast and show the variety of users that are taking industrial buildings.
Unit 15 Park Gate was taken by Cooney Marine who took a 6 year lease, currently based at Swanwick Marina, who took a total of 3,974 sq.ft.
The second deal at unit 24 was to S&S Inspection Ltd who took a new 10 year lease on 3.845 sq.ft.
Both deals showed rents in the region of £6 per sq.ft.
Park Gate Business Centre currently has unit 12 vacant, which backs onto the M27 and would prove a very prominent position for any industrial occupier wanting to have a presence on the Motorway network.
